Privacy Policy

You as a customer at SwedishDigital are entitled to open purchase for 14 days from the date you received the goods under the distance trading scheme. However, for computer programs, audio and video recordings, no right of cancellation applies if the seal / seal is broken. Seal also refers to technical sealing (eg serial number).
If you order via the Internet then the product will be picked up in the store, then the distance trade will not apply. (distance and home sales teams (2005: 59) [the Riksdag])

The message shall contain the following information; name, order number, invoice number and description of the products you want to return.
The returned goods must be in unused and undamaged condition in original packaging.

Return the item together with the invoice (or a copy of this, both front and back). Fill in the reason for the return on the invoice back! You must pay the returnporto yourself. Returns may not be made by post or by post.
Returns must be returned in original packaging and well packaged in the mail-approved packaging (eg brown corrugated cardboard). Any transport damage caused by defective packaging is charged to the customer. Swedish Multimedia Digital AB reserves the right to product control of the product and to charge a test fee of 250 SEK plus VAT if the product is not incorrect and the complaint is not accepted.

We will refund by a credit which is issued no later than 30 days after the item is returned. You are responsible for the return shipping to the address you receive from us.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to a service where the performance has begun with the consumer's consent during the withdrawal period. Examples of such products are subscriptions such as mobile telephony
and digital tv.
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, can not be returned or which can quickly deteriorate or become too old.
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to a sealed audio or video recording, such as a DVD movie, or a sealed computer program where the seal has been broken.
    The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is in a substantially unchanged condition.
